"I just don't feel like myself"
You don't feel like yourself. You've been told your labs are normal, you've been offered antidepressants you didn't ask for, and you're starting to wonder if you're imagining it. You're not.
Something is shifting — and the fact that you can't point to a single cause doesn't mean there isn't one. You just need someone who understands the full picture, takes the time to hear your whole story, and helps you figure out what's actually going on — without a predetermined answer about what you should do about it.
Things are not how they used to be, YOU are not who you used to be, and you are ready for the kind of support you know you deserve.
YOUR BODY AND NEEDS ARE EVOLVING, YOUR HEALTHCARE SHOULD TOO.

BEING A WOMAN IS NOT A DIAGNOSIS
While menopause is a healthy and normal life event that half of us on this planet will experience, your quality of life matters. You deserve support at any age or stage of life. You also deserve information and decision making power when it comes to how you navigate your own perimenopausal transition.
YOU ARE FED UP WITH:
Feeling like a stranger in your own body
Having to fight so hard to be taken seriously
Doubting your sanity
Rollercoaster moods that are impacting your closest relationships
Anxiety waking you up at night or stopping your from doing what you love
Painful sex or a zero libido
Periods that love to surprise you on the first day of your vacation
No longer recognize yourself in the mirror
Painful joints and muscles
Hot flashes, Cold flashes, or Night sweats
Being told your "too young for menopause" without an appropriate assessment
YOU ARE READY TO:
Work with someone who listens without judgement
Understand what is happening in your body well enough to make informed decisions
Have a two-way conversation that supports and empowers you
Have someone explain the why, not just the what
Have a healthcare partnership, not just a prescription
Become the expert on your own body
You know options exist but you have questions and need help figuring out what would be both helpful and safe for YOU. You are ready to learn about solutions or strategies that consider ALL of who you are and what you are dealing with. You are ready for a transformation.
YOU ARE ALREADY STARTING TO TAKE
MORE CONTROL OF YOUR HEALTH!

Hi! I'm Dr. Laurie
I AM HERE TO HELP
Hi, I'm Laurie. Naturopathic Doctor, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner since 2022, and someone who has spent years watching highly capable people push through the challenges of the menopause transition in silence — under the assumption that's just the deal.
I've spent years learning about the menopause transition (and I just so happen to be in the thick of it myself!) — the hormonal piece, the mental health piece, the sleep piece, the "why does my whole body look and feel different" piece — and I work with you on all of it.
Perimenopause can feel destabilizing, confusing, and overwhelming, and many people feel frustrated when their concerns are dismissed or misunderstood. That's why I’m committed to listening and providing the time and attention you deserve. Together, we’ll review available treatment options—from conventional to natural—to help you feel better and regain control of your health. I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard and empowered in their health journey, and I work alongside you to develop a plan that aligns with your values and goals.
Whether you're seeking relief from common perimenopausal symptoms or simply want to learn more about your options, I’m here to help you navigate this transition with support, education, and care.
NOT SURE YET?
If you are like many of my patients who have spent decades being told this time of their lives will inevitably suck but are desperately seeking support for help they aren't finding elsewhere, you are not alone. A new generation of menstruators is elevating their expectation of care around all things hormonal and I'm glad you are showing up to learn more! For those of us who have been fed the narrative the perimenopause is something we simply must grin and bear, we may hesitate to expect anything different and might not even know what parts of the experience can actually be reimagined! Many of us are also chronic givers raised in a culture of self-sacrifice and making an investment to elevate your quality of life might feel selfish or indulgent. Having concerns with this process is normal and often this first step is the hardest, but once you can finally recognize you are worth it, you can start building a life you enjoy again!
This is not "indulgent self-care".
This is your life, your body, your health, your future, and your commitment to more quality time with the people you love.
